Under its licensing agreement with Special Olympics Inc., SOTX is required to make its donor records available to Special Olympics Inc., which may occasionally exchange their donor name and address lists with other reputable nonprofit organizations to keep their costs down. If shared, the other nonprofit organization is only permitted to use such information for a one-time mailing and cannot use it for telemarketing purposes.
